Nutrition

Nutrition and other health counseling is often necessary to overcome a painful condition or to improve our quality of life.  Supplements, vitamins, or dietary instructions may be recommended.  We have extensive knowledge of anti-inflammatory nutrition and the highest grade of dietary supplements.

Fitness

Many times a fitness evaluation will be recommended.  If necessary an individual program will be designed to speed recovery, address health concerns, and improve strength and stability.  Our programs are specific to each patient's needs and goals, and are designed to step up in intensity and ability as the patient heals and progresses.  Fitness training will include follow-up care to verify progress and safety.
